SHIPMENTS

All delivery times will start counting from the day after the order has been placed. In case the order does not meet the deadline established here, Di Oleo is not responsible as it will be error of the transport company.
Everything is counted in working days.

Free shipping: Free shipping for purchases over 40€ or promotions published by Di Oleo, will be made with standard delivery of 3/4 business days. It will only be available to Spain Peninsula.
Any change of address once the package has been issued or a reexpedition will cost 7.90€.

The price of shipping Peninsula is 5.80€. Baleares 10.95€. For the rest of Europe, the price is 24.95€. We reserve the right to make changes to these prices, based on, but not limited to, weight and/or volume. So to make sure, please contact us before ordering.

CREDIT CARD

All payments made on the web are processed by Stripe, the fastest, safest and most advanced platform in the sector.

You only need your credit card to make the payment.

PAYPAL

It allows you to make payments through your email in a safe, convenient and profitable way. Without having to remember all your bank details or share them. The Paypal payment option will not be available when ordering products containing CBD.

You only have to indicate this option and log in with your PayPal account.

WIRE TRANSFER

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, you have 7 days from when you received the product to inform us. If the product is in perfect condition and has not been opened, you can return or exchange the product. So the options will be:

Change it for another product of equal amount.
Change it for a product of different amount and pay the difference.
Change it for a lower-priced product and we’ll refund the difference.
Request the return and receive the total amount. *

Which one do you want the solution to be, if I change or refund the amount?
Some of the following information: Full name or order number.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED BAD OR DEFECTIVE, you have a period of 2 days to notify us of this problem. The options will be the following:

Change it for another product like it.
In case it is out of stock we will exchange it for another product of the same amount.
We refund the total amount.

The reason for the return.
Photo of said defect.
Some of the following information: Full name or order number.

* In case of return, the amount of the product will be refunded and not the cost of shipping.

* The returns will always be effective in the same address where the first shipment is recorded.

* In the cases mentioned above, Di Oleo will be responsible for shipping costs (Except for free shipping costs for amounts less than € 60, or for offers published by Di Oleo).
